The JWOC 2013 sprint embargo area in Hradec Kralove was re-defined. While the area gets just slightly larger, the regime has changed significantly: completely NO ACCESS approach.
The only exception are main roads marked in yellow on a definition picture. These might be driven through.
The organisers have also still left free access to the very heart of the ancient town, as the sprint is to be run lately during the champs and it is favourable to enable the JWOC teams a visit at most attractive places of Hradec Kralove.
